The Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union hosted an event dedicated to summarizing the work in 2025. Representatives of regional and municipal authorities, member companies of the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the business community were invited to the event.
"The past year has been filled with events," said Stanislav Sinchenko, President of the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, "We have held a number of educational, informational, presentation, exhibition and fair events. This fall, the Astrakhan Tourist festival was organized for the second time. We have been developing cooperation with Russian regions and foreign partners. Negotiations with representatives of the business circles of Tatarstan, Moscow, Leningrad and Chelyabinsk regions, Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, China and Afghanistan took place at the CCI site. The regional ministries and the Astrakhan City Administration actively supported us in the implementation of these projects. Our main plans for 2026 are to help businesses strengthen their positions, promote economic development and raise the profile of the Astrakhan Region at the domestic and international levels."
On behalf of the Ministry of external relations of Astrakhan Region, Deputy Minister Ilya Toropitsyn welcomed the participants of the meeting, who noted the important role of the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in creating a favorable business environment and establishing strong international relations.
"The Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry helps Astrakhan businesses to find reliable partners abroad, participate in international exhibitions and receive all the necessary information for successful work," he stressed. – Representatives of our Chamber of Commerce and Industry are regularly included in the delegations of the Astrakhan region during their foreign visits. It is thanks to such systematic support that the export potential of our region and its recognition abroad are growing."
Ilya Toropitsyn noted the close contacts that the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry has with colleagues from different countries. In particular, it was emphasized that in October 2025, the delegation of the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry took part in the meeting of the International Council of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Caspian region "Business Caspian", which was held in Tehran. On the sidelines of the event, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Commerce of Tehran, as well as the joint Iranian-Russian Chamber of Commerce.
Speakers at the meeting included Mikhail Kabakov, First Deputy Minister of Industry, Trade and Energy of Astrakhan region, Eduard Burdonov, Deputy Head of the Astrakhan City Municipality, Alexander Solovyov, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Astrakhan Region, Sergey Vostrikov, Adviser to the Manager of the additional office in Astrakhan of MB BANK JSC, Raisa Beresten, entrepreneur and others They highly appreciated the work of the Astrakhan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including in the international area.
The participants of the event were able to learn more not only about the activities of the chamber, but also about the successes of its members, whose ranks were replenished that day.
