First Astrakhan Fish Company LLC, with the assistance of the Astrakhan Fund for the Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, recently signed a contract with a distribution company for the supply of pike caviar to hotels, restaurants and retail chains in United Arab Emirates.
The delicatessen products will be shipped to Dubai in early January 2025. During the same period, the company planned to export a batch of frozen pike fillets to Kazakhstan. With the beginning of the spring harvest in 2025, it is planned to resume shipments of particle fish fillets to the neighboring country.

"We have found new partners from the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan thanks to our participation in major international exhibitions that took place in Moscow and St. Petersburg."
First Astrakhan Fish Company LLC has been known as a successful exporter of fish products to foreign markets. All the company's products – fish snacks, dried fish, caviar, balyk, fish fillets – are labeled "eco", since only fresh fish, caviar and salt are used for their production.
For six years, since its foundation, fish processors from Kamyzyak have been participating and winning top awards at the annual professional tasting contests "Best Product of the Year", which the Russian Ministry of Agriculture holds in Moscow as part of the Prodexpo International Exhibition of Food, Beverages and Raw Materials for their Production.
The company plans to expand the geography of supplies, modernize the production shop, and increase the product range. According to preliminary forecasts, the share of exports in total sales will increase to 15% in 2025.
