From September 26 to 28, a tour of the Honored Collective of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian State Youth Theater, will kick off on the stage of the Astrakhan Theater of the Young Spectator.
There are more than a hundred performances in the creative history of the Youth Theater. The current repertoire includes almost forty productions of various genres: from classic comedy situations to performances interpreting the masterpieces of world drama in the traditions of postmodern theater, dance performances, performances for children. Every year, the Youth Theater produces 6-8 premieres.
The collective with almost 40 years of history will present four productions to local public. Fans of modern drama are waiting for the mystical comedy "Trickster Club" and the lyrical comedy "6 am. Americano" based on the plays of the Belarusian prose writer Vlada Olkhovskaya. Both plays in the light comedy genre will make one think about how people should react to a very unusual situation they are faced with.
Lovers of classics will be pleased with the romantic comedy based on the play by Lope de Vega "The Fool", and the theater will show the magic fairy tale of Sergei Aksakov "The Scarlet Flower" to young viewers.
The audience is waiting for the brilliant performance of the leading Belarusian actors, including: Honored Artists of the Republic of Belarus Natalia Onishchenko, Evgeny Ivkovich and Alexander Sharov, as well as the main cast of the troupe.
