Today, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, was interviewed by the All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company and RIA Novosti News Agency. “Today, Azerbaijan and Russia are two reliable partners, and I am confident there is no doubt about this in either Azerbaijan or Russia,” said Ilham Aliyev, “In challenging times for our countries, we have consistently demonstrated mutual understanding and acted in a friendly and supportive manner. I firmly believe that it will continue into the future”.
Giving the Astrakhan region as an example, the President of Azerbaijan explained how Russian companies could contribute to the reconstruction of the infrastructure in the Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions.
“A project for the construction of a kindergarten in the Gubadli district has recently been initiated on behalf of the governor of the Astrakhan region. We are very grateful for this attention,” noted Ilham Aliyev, “The scope of the reconstruction work is quite extensive and primarily focuses on infrastructure projects. Many Russian companies with strong experience in these areas could be of great help.
