Astrakhan canned vegetables are shipped to Kazakhstan.
Canned goods from a major Astrakhan producer of canned vegetables and syrups have reappeared in Kazakhstan. The company is legally registered in Moscow, but the actual production of these canned goods, known throughout Russia and beyond, is located in Astrakhan.
According to the Agroexport portal, the company made its first shipment to Kazakhstan in late December 2025. It signed a contract with DIVA Distribution Group, which ensures the brands' presence in Astana and the Akmola region. Under the agreement, approximately 150 tons of products were shipped, including squash caviar and passata (pureed tomato pulp).
"Five years ago, our company's products were already present in the Kazakhstan market, but cooperation ceased due to the closure of our partner company. In 2025, we set ourselves the goal of resuming exports."
With the support of the Federal Center for Agricultural Export Development of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture (Agroexport), the Astrakhan company established direct contacts with its Kazakh partner, held negotiations, and ultimately signed a contract.
"We plan to expand our product range and supply geography in the future."
