Igor Babushkin expressed his condolences to people of Iran
In connection with big quantity of numerous human victims and mass destruction caused by unauthorized act of aggression by the USA and Israel side, the Governor of Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin expressed condolences to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran Kazem Jalali, on behalf of the regional government and all residents of Astrakhan region.
"This aggression is a grossest breach of the United Nations Organization Charter and norms of international law, it destroys the world and puts at threat the international stability and safety," the telegram said. "I strongly condemn barbarous assassination of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other high-ranking leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran".
Igor Babushkin conveyed his condolences and words of sorrow to the family members, closed ones, and wished a fast recovery to all injured ones.
In addition, the Governor of Astrakhan region sent a telegram of condolence to Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Astrakhan Ahmad Heidarian.
