Trade turnover between Astrakhan and Mogilev regions has increased 3.5 times in five years

Anatoly Isachenko, Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, gave a long interview to the Astrakhan socio-political newspaper Gazeta VOLGA, in which he spoke about the implementation of the cooperation agreement between Mogilev and Astrakhan Regions, signed in 2023 on the sidelines of the X Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus in Ufa.

Anatoly Isachenko, in particular, noted that the trade turnover between the Astrakhan Region and the Mogilev region of the Republic of Belarus has increased 3.5 times since 2020 and reached a solid $5.1 million by the end of 2025.

"And this is far from the limit – the potential for growth is huge," said Anatoly Isachenko, Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee. "Today, Mogilev enterprises are sending modern elevators, wood slabs and tires to the Astrakhan Region, and in return, the Astrakhan Region shares with us the rich products of the agro-industrial complex."
